PCHS 11th Grade Parents/Guardians: The juniors will take the ACT starting tomorrow morning until after 12:00. Please make sure your student arrives to school on time, is well rested, and has had breakfast. Students in 11th grade will not be allowed to check out during this time. The District basketball tournament hosted at Parkers Chapel has been postponed until Thursday, February 20th due to inclement weather at participating schools. Games originally scheduled for Tuesday will be held on Thursday.
PCSD: Due to the threat of inclement weather, SouthArk CC has canceled classes for Wed, Feb. 19. PCHS Vo tech students are dismissed at 11:48 tomorrow, following 4th period.
PCSD: The safety of our students and staff are our top priority. We will be monitoring the weather for tomorrow, Wednesday, February 19th. If a decision is made to delay school start time or close school for the day, our district will notify parents/guardians through social media, our website, and through our district text messaging system. Parkers Chapel will host the Senior High District Basketball Tournament starting Monday, February 17th. The tournament will be every night 02/17 - 02/21 and we will host 18 teams from our district.
