PCSD: There will not be a second chance breakfast tomorrow (January 22nd). If your student wants to eat breakfast they will need to go before school and eat in the cafeteria.
PreK & Elementary: As part of our school safety improvement plan, the school has installed gates at the gym parking lot's front and back entrances. The gates will be closed at 8:15 a.m. and will be opened at 2:00 p.m. daily. They will be closed or opened in the evenings and on weekends following schedules determined by our administration and according to planned events or activities. Preschool students who leave early must be picked up in the auditorium lobby at the time scheduled with or by the teacher. Parents should not arrive for the car line before 2:00 p.m. when the gates have been opened.
PCSD: This is a reminder that there will be no school on Monday, January 20th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

PC Booster club will have their annual bake sale during the basketball games tomorrow, January 14th. If you are planning to provide a baked good, please have it to the gym by 4:00 pm tomorrow.
PCSD: Due to the change in weather, we are starting to load buses and car riders. If you are able to get your students early, they can be picked up starting now and buses will leave before 1:00. We will resume school on Monday, January 13th.
PCSD: Pre-K pickup tomorrow 11:45-12:15; car line (Kindergarten - 6th) will be at 12:30-12:45; buses run at 1:00. There will be no aftercare tomorrow (Thursday, January 9th). No school on Friday.
PCSD: Due to the forecast for a winter storm, Parkers Chapel School District will dismiss early tomorrow, January 9th, at 1:00 pm.
Additionally, there will be no school on Friday, January 10th, to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and families.
Due to the possibility of inclement weather, the Bingo/Chili supper has been rescheduled for February 1st.

PC Athlete Parents/Guardians: Parkers Chapel will be hosting the Holiday Tournament on December 27th, 28th & 30th. We need all of our Trojan community to help provide food for the hospitality room. Parkers Chapel School District will be on Christmas Break December 23rd - January 3rd. School will resume on Monday, January 6th.
PCMS Parents/Guardians: Semester exams will be given for grades 7-12 Wednesday and Thursday. Your child only needs to be on campus for their exam but they need to sign out through the office by a parent before they leave campus. Students will ONLY need to be on campus Friday if they need to make up an exam that they missed Wednesday or Thursday.
5th and 6th graders will have Christmas Parties on Thursday and attendance will not be taken on Friday as they will be done with all testing and coursework for the semester. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

PC Basketball: Basketball players are supplying the canned drinks for the hospitality room for the Holiday Tournament at PC. Please bring one 12 pack of canned drinks using the assigned flavors below. Put your athlete's name on them with a sticky note so we will know who brought it. All drinks need to be delivered to the gym, under the home side bleachers. Please bring before we leave for Christmas break.
