The Parkers Chapel Junior Class Chili Supper/Bingo will be on Saturday, January 11, 2025.
Elem: This is a reminder that the 4th grade breakfast is tomorrow morning from 8:15-9:00 AM. Students will not be excused from other grades to attend. 4th grade students and family members visiting our campus will enjoy breakfast together and then the students will return to class at 9:00 AM. No outside food is allowed. Thank you.
Red Ribbon Week is next week! Here are the Dress Up Days for Middle School and High School! Elementary will participate on Wednesday.
Mini Cheer Camp will start tomorrow afternoon. Campers will be with the cheer team Tuesday (10/22) and Wednesday (10/23) afternoon until 4:30pm. The cheerleaders will pick campers up from their afternoon teachers at 2:55 pm. If any of your campers need to go to after care when mini camp is finished, please let us know. We will have a group going that way that can take them. We will distribute shirts when they arrive. If they are delivered tomorrow or Wednesday, we will distribute them during camp.

10th Grade Parents/Guardians: Your child will take the PSAT NSMQT tomorrow, October 22nd starting at 7:46 am. Please make sure they arrive to school on time and have their charged chromebook. Students will be finished with the test by noon. Please do not check students out during the test.
Lunch Menu Change: Lunch on Monday, October 28th will be Cheesy Chicken & Rice Bowl, Cheesy Taco rice Bowl, Corn/Fajita Blend Veggies, Mandarin Oranges. Lunch on Tuesday, October 29th will be Turkey Jalapeno Melt, Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich, Baked Beans, Diced Pears.
5th - 12th Grade Parents/Guardians: Reminder...Parent/Teacher Conferences are today from 1:45 - 6:00 pm. Paper copies of Report Cards will be at the main entrance to the High School. Please enter there and get your student's report card before going to visit teachers.
This is a reminder that there will be no school on Monday, October 14th and Parent/Teacher Conferences will be Tuesday, October 15th from 1:45 - 6:00 pm. School will dismiss at 1:30 on Tuesday, October 15th.

2024 Parkers Chapel Homecoming Parade Lineup:
This is a reminder that flu shot forms are due by October 3rd. Students who do not turn a form in will not receive a flu shot. No forms will be taken after October 3rd. Forms can be found at https://5il.co/2xu1v or picked up in the high school, middle school, or elementary offices.
Elementary: This is a reminder that FLU forms went home on Friday. The forms must be completed and returned by this Thursday (Oct. 3). Vaccinations will be next Tuesday ( Oct. 8).
Early dismissal notes for Homecoming will be sent home today. Please return this note on or before Wednesday of this week to your child's teacher.
PCHS & PCMS Parents/Guardians: Any middle or high school students that will not be attending the Homecoming Ceremony on Friday, October 4th with their class must be picked up at 11:30 am in front of the high school entrance. Written notice (no phone calls) must be given to the office by the end of the day Thursday, October 3rd if you will be picking up your child early. No students will be signed out at the office. If written notice is not provided, then your child will attend the Homecoming Ceremony with their class and will be dismissed after the ceremony at 1:30 pm.
The Parkers Chapel Trojans will host their Homecoming football game against the Centerpoint Knights on Friday, Oct. 4 at 7:00. The Homecoming festivities will begin at 12:30 that afternoon with the presentation of the Court in the gym. The parade starts at 2:00 and will begin and end its route at the football field. The pep rally will be at the football stadium after the parade.
The crowning ceremony will be at the football field at 5:45.
In keeping with the celebration of our school's 100 year history, we will recognize our former football Homecoming Queens at 6:30.

Flu shots will be given on October 8th. Flu forms will go home today and must be turned in by October 3rd. We will not accept forms after October 3rd. Please fill out forms completely before returning.
The PSAT has been moved and will now be taken on October 22nd. If you have an 11th grader who wants to take the test, they must let Mrs. Malone know by October 4th. The cost for 11th graders to take the test is $12.00, and must be paid by October 11th.
