On campus conferences will be reserved for parents of students with D's and F's. All other parents that have concerns and would like meetings with teachers can email the teachers directly to request a Google Meet or a phone call.
ACT-Aspire Interim testing will be Mon-Wed (2/8-2/10) from 8-11am. Please remind your students to bring calculators if they have them.
Valentine deliveries will be on Wed, Feb. 10th due to early dismissal on Thursday (2/11) and no school on Friday (2/12) and Monday (2/15)
No School - There will be no school on Friday, 2/12 and no school on Monday, 2/15. School will resume on Tuesday, 2/16.
Early Dismissal & PT Conferences - Thursday 2/11; All prek students must be picked up at 12:00 PM (noon), elementary car riders will be picked up from 12:35-1:05 PM, and busses will run at 1:30 PM. PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES will begin at 2 PM. Teachers will make face to face scheduled conference appointments with parent(s) of students that are working below grade level (D) and with parent(s) of students that have a failing grade (F). Additional conferences may be held virtually or by phone or email.
ACT Aspire Interim testing will be Wednesday, 2/10, and Thursday, 2/11, from 8 AM - 11 AM for 3rd through 6th grade students. Virtual students (not on quarantine) will be required to attend and test. Quarantined students will be required to test upon their return to school. (1) Please do not make appointments for your child on these days. (2) If students wear glasses, please make sure they have them on testing days. (3) Please make sure students are well rested & have a good breakfast. Valentine’s Day deliveries will only be accepted on Wednesday, Feb. 10 (for students & employees). We have state testing & early dismissal on Thursday & no school on Friday. The 10th is the only day we will be able to ensure that deliveries get to the intended person. Thank you for understanding.

Due to an increased number of positive Covid-19 tests and a large portion of our 8th grade student body being quarantined, the Parkers Chapel School District will be moving to all virtual instruction for only our 8th grade students as of Friday, January 22nd, and will return on Monday, February 1st. We feel that it is best for our community and school district to cancel on campus instruction to decrease contact and prevent any possible spread. All facilities will be deep cleaned during the break.

Our letterman jacket sales rep has rescheduled our order deadline. All orders are now due next Thursday, January 28th.

Parents, please remember that the parking lot located at the end of the high school building is assigned for student parking ONLY. Our students have assigned spots they must park in each day. If you would like to park and wait before dropping off your student in the morning, please use the parking lot in front of the high school building. Thank you!
This is a reminder that archery practice is in the MAC tonight. 4th & 5th at 5:00 PM, 6th - 8th at 6:00 PM, and 9th - 12th at 7:00 PM. Enter through the auditorium lobby or the MAC back door. Parents drop students off. Practice is 50 minutes.
This is a reminder that there will be no school on Monday, January 18th. School will resume Tuesday, Jan. 19th, at 7:45 AM.
Archery Students: Slinging Arrows will be able to have you practice from Noon until 1:30 tomorrow. They have tournament lines before noon and after 1:30. Archery will practice Monday, Jan. 18th at 5:00-6:00 (4th and 5th grades), 6:00-7:00 (6th - 8th grades), 7:00-7:45 (9th-12th grades).

The PC Archery Club will have its first on-site practice this evening. The 4th - 5th graders will practice from 5:30-6:30. The 6th - 8th graders will practice from 6:30-7:30. The 9th - 12th graders will practice from 7:30-8:30. Please park in front of the auditorium or in the HS parking lot and enter the auditorium doors. We will practice in the MAC. Bring your masks. Bring your bow if you have one. We are looking for at least 6 more 9th - 12th graders to participate, of which we need at least 2 of those to be girls.
