PCHS 11th Grade Parents/Guardians: See the information at https://aptg.co/mB2fFl regarding CCR (College and Career Readiness) testing options for your student. All students have been registed for the ACT test. If you want your student's test option to change, please reach out to Amanda Malone before December 10th.

There will be a soccer sign up/parent meeting at 6:00 pm in the gym on December 10th for any student in 7th -12th grade who is interested in playing soccer this year.

This Christmas season, random students were asked about choosing a cause for our school community to support. Overwhelmingly, the students said they'd like our community, school, staff, & students to support UCAPS (our local animal shelter). Today, PreK - 6th grade students were given a note and donation envelope. If your family would like to make a donation to UCAPS to help with food, blankets, or other expenses to care for the sheltered animals, please complete the outside of the envelope and return it to your child's homeroom teacher this week. If sending a check, make it payable to PC PTO. The PTO will collect the funds and write a check to UCAPS for 100% of the money donated for this cause. If any 7-12 grade student wants to make a donation, please have them see Mrs. Holt in 5th grade to get a donation envelope. Thank you for helping with this community project that was chosen by students.

The PC Booster Club meeting that was scheduled for tonight, Monday, December 1st, has been canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date.

If you or a group that you are involved in would like to sponsor a child/children for the Christmas Assistance Program, lists will be available in the office at Parkers Chapel First Baptist Church starting Monday, Dec. 1st.

This is a reminder that the elementary students (kindergarten through fourth grade) will start loading cars at 1:20 p.m. today. The buses will load at 1:30 p.m. today. There will be no school next week. Happy Thanksgiving. Please be safe over the break and enjoy time with your family and friends.

PCSD: This is a reminder that we will be on Thanksgiving break 11/24 - 11/28 and school will dismiss at 1:30 on Friday, November 21st.

There will be a Junior class parent meeting : 5:30 PM Monday, 11/10 at the Admin building board room.

Elementary Dismissal Time is CHANGING! Pickup time will be 3:05-3:20/3:25. Beginning Monday, November 10th, the elementary K-4 students will not begin loading cars until 3:05. Students will not leave their classrooms until 3:00 p.m. We recommend that the car line does not start forming until 2:45 to avoid long wait times. We usually load cars for 15 to 20 minutes. This time change will be Monday - Friday, except early dismissal days.

🏀🏀BASKETBALL GAME SCHEDULED 🏀🏀 There has been a basketball game scheduled for Tuesday, November 11th at 4:30 pm at Emerson. The Junior Girls, Junior Boys, Senior Girls, and Senior Boys will all play! #pcproud

PC is hosting the Junior High Invitational Basketball Tournament on November 10th, 13th & 15th. We will have a hospitality room and need items for all three dates. There will be 12 teams coming to kick off basketball season. PCSD: The Blue & White basketball games are tonight starting at 5:30 in the gym. Admission is $5.00. GO TROJANS!

The PC Band Boosters will be selling tattoos and painting dots on Thursday and Friday morning starting at 7:15 am in the main hallway for $1. Pink dots and tattoos will be available Thursday morning for Pink Out day!

Reminder that the Middle School Dance is tonight from 6-7:30pm in the MAC. For drop off and pick up use the bus loop - do not pull in to a parking spot. Drop off will begin at 5:50 and all students need to be picked up no later than 7:40. Costumes must be school appropriate.

The PC parent band boosters will be selling spirit tattoos and spirit dots for $1 tomorrow morning at 7:15 in the main hallway.

PCSD: Any student crossing the street during dismissal times MUST use the crosswalk at the top of the hill.
