Kindergarten and Preschool registration has been rescheduled for Thursday, March 28th, 2024, from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Registration will be located in the school's auditorium and lobby. All current preschool and kindergarten students will not attend school on this day. Teachers will be assisting with the enrollment/registration process. No physicals will be available on this day due to a conflict with the rescheduled date. All incoming kindergarten students will need to attend registration with their parent. A beginning kindergarten assessment will be administered to each student registering. Please bring the proper documents to registration.

PCSD: School is cancelled for Friday, March 15th. Stay safe and have a great Spring Break! We will announce the makeup date for Kindergarten and Pre-K registration as soon as we know when that will be.

PCSD: Due to the power outage and flash flooding, school will start at 9:00 am. This is tentative at this point. We will assess the situation closer to that time. Kindergarten and Pre-K registration will be pushed back until 9:30 am. We will send another text if this time changes.

Kindergarten and Pre-K Registration is Friday, March 15th from 8:30 - 12:00 in the Auditorium lobby. Please bring birth certificate (state issued original), social security card, shot records, two proofs of residency and the student. We will do physicals on site and the Kindergarten teachers will do a quick assessment with each child for beginning data purposes. All curren Kindergarten and Pre-K students will not attend regular class this day.

This is a reminder that school will dismiss at 1:30 on Friday, March 15th. We will be on Spring Break March 18th - March 22nd! We will return back to school on March 25th. Enjoy your Spring Break!!!

Spring pictures for students in 7th - 12th grades will be Wednesday, March 13th. The order form can be found at https://5il.co/2gdfm.


Students in 3rd - 10th grades will be taking the ATLAS Summative Writing Test tomorrow morning. Please make sure students are on time to school and get a good night's rest. Please do not check students out unless it is an emergency. Once they start the test, an appeal will have to be submitted to the state department if they do not finish.

REGIONAL TOURNAMENT GAME UPDATE: Our Senior High Boys WILL STILL PLAY AT 5:30 today in Acorn! GO TROJANS!

The Regional Tournament games are on hold at the moment. We will not know until 2:00 today if our boys will play at 5:30 or if it will be postponed. Once AAA makes a decision, we will let everyone know. GO TROJANS!

3rd & 4th Grade Parents/Guardians: Students in 3rd & 4th grade will be taking the Interim Science ATLAS test tomorrow morning starting at 8:15 am. Please make sure your student is on time, rests tonight, eats a good breakfast, and encourage them to do their best. Thank you for all you do!

Attn PC Parents/Guardians (6th - 11th Grades): Due to travel for the regional tournament, the parent meeting for cheer tryouts has been moved to MONDAY, February 19th at 5:30pm in the auditorium. This meeting is required for parents or guardians of students in grades 6-11 who plan to try out for the junior high or high school cheer team. District: There will be a menu change this week. Friday's menu (2/16/24) will be moved to Wednesday (2/14/24). Wednesday's menu will be moved to Friday. Remember that you can view the menu online at www.parkerschapelschool.com and search "menu" next to HELP ME or look under the heading "PC Dining".

There will be a mandatory parent meeting for anyone interested in trying out for cheer on February 20th at 5:30 pm in the auditorium. Email Coach Cindee Mason at masonc@parkerschapelschool.com if you need more information or have any questions.


PC Middle and High School Parents/Guardians: This is a reminder that school will dismiss tomorrow at 1:30. Sweetheart ceremonies will begin at 12:30 in the gym. If you are planning on checking out your student tomorrow, they must be checked out by 11:30.

PC Yearbook will be selling Cupcake-Grams for Valentine's Day. The order form can be found at https://5il.co/2e8a8 and the last day to order is February 9th. Cupcakes will be delivered on February 14th. Cupcakes are $2 each and all proceeds will go towards the 2023-2024 yearbook.
