
2025 SENIORS: Cap and Gown pictures will be taken in the auditorium July 18th. You should be receiving a post card in the mail to schedule a time for your senior. Registration for the 24-25 school year will be July 15th in the auditorium lobby from 1:30 - 3:30 & 4:30 - 6:30. Makeup registration will be August 1st from 1:00 - 4:00. There will be a $20 technology fee and a $35 senior fee due at registration.

Students in Marching Band who will be in 8th - 12th grade for the 2024 - 2025 school year must have a physical. If your student has not had a physical, please get them one with their primary care physician using the forms located at the link below. A reminder from the PC Nurses: Students who are turning 11 years old and 16 years old need to schedule their immunizations. If you are planning to apply for an immunization exemption letter, please go ahead and apply for those for 24-25 school year.

Parkers Chapel Theatre will be offering a summer Theatre Camp for students going into grades 3 - 9! The camp will be held June 17th - 21st and will be a fun filled week where students learn all things theatre! Early registration ends tomorrow. PCHS Student Athletes will have an opportunity to get their athletic physicals for the 2024 - 2025 school year tomorrow, Friday, May 17th @ 8:30 am. If your child will be participating in sports and is going to be in 7th - 12th grade next year, this is an opportunity to get their physical done. Physicals will cost $10 cash (please bring exact change), and forms are available at https://5il.co/2lugu or your student can fill out the form when they get to their scheduled time.


PC Senior High Athletic Banquet will be this Thursday, May 16th.

Elementary: This is a reminder that students need to bring a stamped, self-addressed envelope to school if you'd like your child's final report card mailed to your home. Please turn this in to homeroom teachers.

PC students in grades 5 - 12 wishing to attend the PC Baseball game tomorrow morning at 10:00 must purchase a ticket online and be dropped off and picked up by a parent. They must sign in at the gate in order to be counted present for the day. Any student not attending the game will be expected to attend school like normal or it will be counted as an absence. Any K-4 student who plans to attend the PC Baseball playoff game, that has been rescheduled for 10:00 AM tomorrow, must purchase an online ticket. The link has been posted on the school website. A parent must sign the student out at the elementary office before the game tomorrow and the student must remain with the parent at the game. Students may not be dropped off.

Students in 3rd - 10th grade will be taking the ATLAS Summative Assessments tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please make sure students arrive to school on time, get a good night's rest, and eat a healthy breakfast. Students cannot be checked out during the morning unless there is an emergency. We are excited for our students to show all they have learned this year!
