PCHS Student Athletes will have an opportunity to get their athletic physicals for the 2024 - 2025 school year tomorrow, Friday, May 17th @ 8:30 am. If your child will be participating in sports and is going to be in 7th - 12th grade next year, this is an opportunity to get their physical done. Physicals will cost $10 cash (please bring exact change), and forms are available at https://5il.co/2lugu or your student can fill out the form when they get to their scheduled time.

PC Senior High Athletic Banquet will be this Thursday, May 16th. Meal: 5:00 - 6:00 in the cafeteria Awards: 6:00 in the auditorium Tickets for the meal are $15 each and can be purchased at the high school office for parents/family members. The meal will be provided for all Senior High Athletes.

Students in 3rd - 10th grade will be taking the ATLAS Summative Assessments tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please make sure students arrive to school on time, get a good night's rest, and eat a healthy breakfast. Students cannot be checked out during the morning unless there is an emergency. We are excited for our students to show all they have learned this year!

We Need YOU! We are in the planning stage of our 3rd Annual Family STEM Night (August 1) and are looking for business and industry leaders who would like to participate! PCSD REMINDER: The High School/Middle School parking lot (In front of the high school entrance) will be closed on Thursday, April 18th (tomorrow) for our Be Pro, Be Proud Event. Students and visitors need to park in the student parking lot and parents/guardians may drop off students for school in the elementary line.

PCSD: There has been a change in the lunch menu for tomorrow, April 9th. Tomorrow's lunch will be served on Wednesday, and Wednesday's lunch will be served tomorrow. Parents/Guardians: Permission slips regarding the solar eclipse on Monday, April 8th were sent home with your student. In order for your student to be able to participate in the viewing of the eclipse at PCMS/PCHS using glasses provided to our school, the permission slip must be returned no later than Monday morning. Students in 3rd - 10th grades will be taking the ATLAS Summative Writing Test tomorrow morning. Please make sure students are on time to school and get a good night's rest. Please do not check students out unless it is an emergency. Once they start the test, an appeal will have to be submitted to the state department if they do not finish.

Attn PC Parents/Guardians (6th - 11th Grades): Due to travel for the regional tournament, the parent meeting for cheer tryouts has been moved to MONDAY, February 19th at 5:30pm in the auditorium. This meeting is required for parents or guardians of students in grades 6-11 who plan to try out for the junior high or high school cheer team. District: There will be a menu change this week. Friday's menu (2/16/24) will be moved to Wednesday (2/14/24). Wednesday's menu will be moved to Friday. Parkers Chapel School District Bus information for Tuesday, January 23rd: Buses will run at normal times, but they will not be able to travel down the following roads: Glenn Road, Pickering Road, Souix Nation Road, Feedmill Road, and they cannot go past the playground in Bounds Trailer Park. You may bring students to the main roads to be picked up by the bus or to the playground in Bounds Trailer Park. We are continuing to monitor road conditions and will let you know if any changes will be made for Wednesday.

SCHOOL CLOSURE UPDATE: Parkers Chapel School District will be closed on Thursday, January 18th.
