Juniors and Seniors who plan to bring a date, who attends another school besides Parkers Chapel, MUST fill out and turn in a Guest Permission Form for approval to bring them to Prom.

Forms are due back to Mr. Smith NO LATER than Thursday, April 1st!

After Prom Bingo Donations
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing on behalf of the Parkers Chapel Junior Class. For many years, we have been able to hold our annual Chili Supper Bingo to help raise funds for our Junior-Senior Prom. That has always been our biggest fundraiser of the year. As you know, this year we were unable to have this fundraising event due to COVID.
We ARE going to be able to provide a Prom for our Juniors and Seniors (April 10th at the Conference Center), but with not being able to have that fundraiser, we need help providing prizes for a safe After Prom Bingo Event that we hope to have for our Juniors and Seniors this year. We hope that this event will give our students a safe location to have fun under the supervision of staff members and security guards.
If you or your business would like to donate a prize or cash donation, we would be incredibly appreciative. We would list you and/or your business on our school website, as well as on Social Media, to show our appreciation! As you know, this donation would also count as a tax deduction, and we would provide you with a Charitable Donation form for your taxes.
